Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
RAD1 Recombinant Human produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 301 amino acids (1-282 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 33.9 kDa. The RAD1 is fused to 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

RAD1 Protein, DNA repair exonuclease REC1 Protein, RAD1 (S. pombe) homolog Protein, REC1 Protein, RAD1 homolog (S. pombe) Protein, Exonuclease homolog RAD1 Protein, HRAD1 Protein
Component of the 9-1-1 cell-cycle checkpoint response complex that plays a major role in DNA repair. The 9-1-1 complex is recruited to DNA lesion upon damage by the RAD17-replication factor C (RFC) clamp loader complex. Acts then as a sliding clamp platform on DNA for several proteins involved in long-patch base excision repair (LP-BER).
