Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
NIT2 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 299 amino acids (1-276a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 33kDa.NIT2 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

NIT2 Protein, Omega-amidase NIT2 Protein, Nit protein 2 Protein, Nitrilase family, member 2 Protein, Nitrilase homolog 2 Protein
Has a omega-amidase activity. The role of omega-amidase is to remove potentially toxic intermediates by converting alpha-ketoglutaramate and alpha-ketosuccinamate to biologically useful alpha-ketoglutarate and oxaloacetate, respectively. Overexpression decreases the colony-forming capacity of cultured cells by arresting cells in the G2 phase of the cell cycle.
