Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
NDUFS2 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 410 amino acids (77-463a.a) and having a molecular mass of 46.5kDa. NDUFS2 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

NDUFS2 Protein, Complex I 49kDa subunit Protein, Complex I-49kD Protein, CI-49 Protein, CI-49kD Protein
NDUFS2 is a core subunit of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (complex I). Mammalian mitochondrial complex I is composed of at least 43 different subunits, 7 of which are encoded by the mitochondrial genome, and the rest are the products of nuclear genes. The iron-sulfur protein fraction of complex I is made up of 7 subunits, including this gene product.
