Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
NBL1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 187 amino acids (18-181 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 20kDa. NBL1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

NBL1 Protein, DAN domain family member 1 Protein, DAN Protein, DAND1 Protein, D1S1733E Protein, NB Protein, NO3 Protein, Zinc finger protein DAN Protein, Protein N03 Protein
NB / NBL1 is the founding member of the evolutionarily conserved CAN (Cerberus and DAN) family of proteins, which contain a domain resembling the CTCK (C-terminal cystine knot-like) motif found in a number of signaling molecules. These proteins are secreted, and act as BMP (bone morphogenetic protein) antagonists by binding to BMPs and preventing them from interacting with their receptors. They may thus play an important role during growth and development.
