Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
MOBKL3 Human Recombinant fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 245 amino acids (1-225 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 28.1kDa. The MOBKL3 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
MOB4 Protein, 2C4D Protein, Class II mMOB1 Protein, DKFZP564M112 Protein, CGI-95 Protein, MOB1 Protein, MOB-like protein phocein Protein, Mob1 homolog 3 Protein, PREI3 Protein, Preimplantation protein 3 Protein, MOB3 Protein, PHOCN Protein, MOB family member 4, phocein Protein, MOBKL3 Protein, Phocein, Mob-like protein Protein
MOB4 / PHOCN was identified based on its similarity with the mouse counterpart. Studies of the mouse counterpart suggest that the expression of this gene may be regulated during oocyte maturation and preimplantation following zygotic gene activation. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been observed. Naturally occurring read-through transcription occurs between this locus and the neighboring locus HSPE1.
