Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Measured by its ability to cleave the fluorogenic peptide substrate, Mca-PLGL-Dpa-AR-NH2 (AnaSpec, Catalog#27076). The specific activity is > 250 pmoles/min/µg.(Activation description: The proenzyme needs to be activated by APMA for an activated form)
Lyophilized from sterile 50 mM Tris, 10 mM Calcium chloride, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.5.
Aliquot and store at -20°C or -80°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
MMP8 is a member of the matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) family of proteins. These proteins are involved in the breakdown of extracellular matrix in embryonic development, reproduction, and tissue remodeling, as well as in disease processes, such as arthritis and metastasis. Proteolysis at different sites on this protein results in multiple active forms of the enzyme with distinct N-termini. This protein functions in the degradation of type I, II and III collagens.
