Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Recombinant Human Matrix Metalloproteinase-2 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Ala30-Cys660 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus.
Greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE
Less than 1.0 EU/µg protein (determined by LAL method).
Lyophilized protein should be stored at less than -20°C. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 4-7°C for 2-7 days. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at less than -20°C for 3 months.
MMP2 Protein, 72 kd type iv collagenase Protein, 72 kDa gelatinase Protein, 72 kd gelatinase Protein, 72 kDa type IV collagenase Protein, CLG4A Protein, CLG4 Protein, GelA Protein, Gelatinase A Protein, Matrix metalloproteinase-2 Protein, MMP-2 Protein, MONA Protein, Neutrophil gelatinase Protein, TBE-1 Protein, Tbe-1 metalloprotease Protein, Collagenase type IV-A Protein, Matrix metalloproteinase-II Protein, MMP-II Protein
Ubiquitinous metalloproteinase that is involved in diverse functions such as remodeling of the vasculature, angiogenesis, tissue repair, tumor invasion, inflammation, and atherosclerotic plaque rupture. As well as degrading extracellular matrix proteins, can also act on several nonmatrix proteins such as big endothelial 1 and beta-type CGRP promoting vasoconstriction. Also cleaves KISS at a Gly-|-Leu bond. Appears to have a role in myocardial cell death pathways.
