Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
MICB Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 326 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 37kDa. The sequence contains the extracellular domain of the mature human MICB (amino acid residues Ala23 ?€“ Tyr312). The MICB is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

MICB Protein, MHC class I mic-B antigen Protein, MIC-B Protein, PERB11.2 Protein
MICB is a heavily glycosylated protein which is a ligand for the NKG2D type II receptor. Binding of the ligand activates the cytolytic response of natural killer (NK) cells, CD8 alphabeta T cells, and gammadelta T cells which express the receptor. This protein is stress-induced and is similar to MHC class I molecules; however, it does not associate with beta-2-microglobulin or bind peptides. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
