  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About IMP-3 / IGF2BP3

O00425 NM_006547 NP_006538.2

IGF2BP3 Protein, CT98 Protein, IGF II mRNA binding protein 3 Protein, IMP-3 Protein, KOC1 Protein, IGF-II mRNA-binding protein 3 Protein, IGF2 mRNA-binding protein 3 Protein, VICKZ family member 3 Protein, Cancer/testis antigen 98 Protein, HKOC Protein, VICKZ3 Protein

RNA-binding factor that may recruits target transcripts to cytoplasmic protein-RNA complexes (mRNPs). This transcript 'caging' into mRNPs allows mRNA transport and transient storage. It also modulates the rate and location at which target transcripts encounter the translational apparatus and shields them from endonuclease attacks or microRNA-mediated degradation. Binds to the 3'-UTR of CD44 mRNA and stabilizes it, hence promotes cell adhesion and invadopodia formation in cancer cells.
