Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
24.8 kDa (31 kDa on SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation)
High Five Cells
Greater than 98% by SDS-PAGE
Determined by its ability to increase the proliferation effect of IL-2 in mouse CTLL-2 cells. In the presence of 1 ng/ml of recombinant IL-2, the expected ED50 for this effect is between 0.5-1.5 µg/ml.
Less than 0.1 ng/µg of protein (less than 1EU/µg).
Lyophilized from PBS
Centrifuge the vial before opening. Reconstitute in 1x PBS pH 7.2 to 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. Do not vortex. This solution can be stored at 2-8°C for up to 1 week.
The interleukin 2 (IL2) receptor alpha (IL2RA) and beta (IL2RB) chains, together with the common gamma chain (IL2RG), constitute the high-affinity IL2 receptor. Homodimeric alpha chains (IL2RA) result in low-affinity receptor, while homodimeric beta (IL2RB) chains produce a medium-affinity receptor. Normally an integral-membrane protein, soluble IL2RA has been isolated and determined to result from extracellular proteolyisis.
