  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About IL23A / IL-23 p19

Q9NPF7 NM_016584 NP_057668.1

IL23A Protein, IL-23 subunit alpha Protein, IL-23A Protein, Interleukin 23 p19 subunit Protein, Interleukin-23 subunit alpha Protein, IL23P19 Protein, Interleukin-23 subunit p19 Protein, p19 Protein, SGRF Protein, IL-23 Protein, IL-23 p19 Protein, IL-23-A Protein, IL-23p19 Protein

Associates with IL12B to form the IL-23 interleukin, a heterodimeric cytokine which functions in innate and adaptive immunity. IL-23 may constitute with IL-17 an acute response to infection in peripheral tissues. IL-23 binds to a heterodimeric receptor complex composed of IL12RB1 and IL23R, activates the Jak-Stat signaling cascade, stimulates memory rather than naive T-cells and promotes production of proinflammatory cytokines.
