Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Purified / Lyophilized / Endotoxin Level: Less than 1.0 EU/µg protein (determined by LAL method).
GLIPR1 / GLIPR
Recombinant Human GLIPR1 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Asn22-Arg232 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus.
Greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE
Less than 1.0 EU/µg protein (determined by LAL method).
Lyophilized from 0.2 µm filtered 20 mM PB, pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl.
Lyophilized protein should be stored at less than -20°C. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 4-7°C for 2-7 days. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at less than -20°C for 3 months.
GLIPR1 Protein, CRISP7 Protein, GliPR 1 Protein, GLIPR Protein, RTVP1 Protein, GLI pathogenesis-related 1 Protein, Protein RTVP-1 Protein
GLIPR1 / GLIPR encodes a protein with similarity to both the pathogenesis-related protein (PR) superfamily and the cysteine-rich secretory protein (CRISP) family. Increased expression of this gene is associated with myelomocytic differentiation in macrophage and decreased expression of this gene through gene methylation is associated with prostate cancer. The protein has proapoptotic activities in prostate and bladder cancer cells.
