Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About GFRA2

O00451 NM_001495 NP_001486.4

GFRA2 Protein, GDNF receptor alpha-2 Protein, GDNFRB Protein, GFR-alpha 2 Protein, GFR-alpha-2 Protein, GDNF family receptor alpha-2 Protein, GDNFR-beta Protein, GDNF family receptor alpha 2 Protein, Neurturin receptor alpha Protein, RET ligand 2 Protein, TRNR2 Protein, TRN receptor, GPI-anchored Protein, NTNR-alpha Protein, NTNRA Protein, GDNF receptor beta Protein, GDNFR-alpha-2 Protein, NRTNR-ALPHA Protein, RETL2 Protein

Members of the glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF) family, including GDNF and neurturin (NTN), play key roles in the control of vertebrate neuron survival and differentiation. Physiological responses to NTN require the presence of a novel glycosylphosphadidylinositol linked protein NTNRa, which is a cell surface receptor for NTN. The cDNAs encoding NTNRa from human, rat, chicken, and mouse have been cloned recently (2-7).
