Bio-Activity
Fms-like tyrosine kinase 3 ligand (Flt3L) is a non-redundant cytokine required for dendritic cell (DC) homeostasis in lymphoid tissues. FLT3L is commonly used to generate pDCs in vitro. Recombinant FLT3LG biological activity was verified by measuring differentiation of unfractionated mouse bone marrow cells in culture.
