Fibroblast growth factor 8 (FGF8) is a critical mitogenic factor that is required for normal development of the eye, ear, brain, and limb. FGF8 broadly functions to promote cell proliferation, differentiation, and migration. Overexpression of FGF8 increases tumor growth and angiogenesis. Human and mouse FGF8 proteins show 100% homology. This product is produced with no animal or human origin raw products. All processing and handling employs animal free equipment and animal free protocols.
