Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
1. Measured by its ability to bind recombinant human IgG1 in a functional ELISA. 2. Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human IgG1 at 10 µg/ml (100 µl/well) can bind Human CD16a. The EC50 of Human CD16a is 2.4 - 5.7 µg/ml. 2. Labeling ratio of biotin to protein: 0.7-1.

FCGR3A / CD16A is a receptor for the Fc portion of immunoglobulin G, and it is involved in the removal of antigen-antibody complexes from the circulation, as well as other other antibody-dependent responses. This gene (FCGR3A) is highly similar to another nearby gene (FCGR3B) located on chromosome 1.
