Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
The FBP1 Human recombinant protein is a single, non-glycosilated polypeptide chain produced in E. coli, having a molecular weight of 39kDa and containing 358 amino acids (1-338 a.a.). The FBP1 enzyme is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatography techniques.

FBP1 Protein, Fructose-bisphosphatase 1 Protein, FBP Protein, Fructose 1,6-bisphosphatase Protein, Fructose-1,6-bisphosphatase 1 Protein, Growth-inhibiting protein 17 Protein, FBPase 1 Protein
Catalyzes the hydrolysis of fructose 1,6-bisphosphate to fructose 6-phosphate in the presence of divalent cations, acting as a rate-limiting enzyme in gluconeogenesis. Plays a role in regulating glucose sensing and insulin secretion of pancreatic beta-cells. Appears to modulate glycerol gluconeogenesis in liver.
