Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Tissue factor Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is single, a non-glycosylated, Polypeptide chain containing 219 amino acids of the extracellular domain (33-251) having a molecular mass of 29.39 kDa and fused with a 4.5kDa amino-terminal hexahistidine tag. The Tissue factor is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE
22 mM Tris.HCl pH 8.0, 22 mM EDTA, 50% glycerol.
Store lyophilized at 4°C. Once reconstituted, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
F3 Protein, CD142 Protein, CD142 antigen Protein, TFA Protein, Tissue factor Protein, Thromboplastin Protein, Coagulation factor III Protein
F3 / CD142 / Tissue factor is coagulation factor III which is a cell surface glycoprotein. This factor enables cells to initiate the blood coagulation cascades, and it functions as the high-affinity receptor for the coagulation factor VII. The resulting complex provides a catalytic event that is responsible for initiation of the coagulation protease cascades by specific limited proteolysis.
