Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
ERP44 Recombinant Human produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 415 amino acids (30-406 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 48 kDa. The ERP44 is fused to a 38 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

ERP44 Protein, ER protein 44 Protein, PDIA10 Protein, TXNDC4 Protein, KIAA0573 Protein
TXNDC4/ERp44/KIAA0573 was identified via its interaction with Erol-Lalpha, which in turn has been shown to regulate oxidative protein folding by selectively oxidizing protein disulfide isomerase. TXNDC4 is induced during ER stress and forms mixed disulfides with both hEROs and cargo folding intermediates. Over expression has been shown to alter the equilibrium of the different Ero1-Lalpha redox isoforms suggesting that TXNDC4 may be involved in the control of oxidative protein folding.
