Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About EPHB3 / EPH Receptor B3

EPHB3 Protein, Cek10 Protein, ETK2 Protein, HEK2 protein kinase Protein, Embryonic kinase 2 Protein, EPH receptor B3 Protein, EPH-like kinase 2 Protein, Ephrin type-B receptor 3 Protein, MDK5 Protein, Sek4 Protein, TYRO6 Protein, EK2 Protein, EPH-like tyrosine kinase 2 Protein, EPH-like tyrosine kinase-2 Protein, HEK2 Protein, Human embryo kinase 2 Protein, Tyrosine-protein kinase TYRO6 Protein

Receptor tyrosine kinase which binds promiscuously transmembrane ephrin-B family ligands residing on adjacent cells, leading to contact-dependent bidirectional signaling into neighboring cells. The signaling pathway downstream of the receptor is referred to as forward signaling while the signaling pathway downstream of the ephrin ligand is referred to as reverse signaling. Generally has an overlapping and redundant function with EPHB2.
