  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

EPHA3 Protein, CEK4 kinase Protein, EPH receptor A3 Protein, Ephrin type-A receptor 3 Protein, Eph-like tyrosine kinase 1 Protein, ETK1 Protein, HEK4 Protein, EPH-like kinase 4 Protein, HEK Protein, Human embryo kinase 1 Protein, MEK4 kinase Protein, Human embryo kinase Protein, Tyrosine-protein kinase TYRO4 Protein, TYRO4 Protein, EK4 Protein, Eph kinase A3 Protein, ETK Protein

Receptor tyrosine kinase which binds promiscuously membrane-bound ephrin family ligands residing on adjacent cells, leading to contact-dependent bidirectional signaling into neighboring cells. The signaling pathway downstream of the receptor is referred to as forward signaling while the signaling pathway downstream of the ephrin ligand is referred to as reverse signaling. Highly promiscuous for ephrin-A ligands it binds preferentially EFNA5.
