Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
EDNRA Protein, Endothelin receptor subtype A Protein, Et-a-r Protein, ETRA Protein, Endothelin A receptor Protein, Endothelin eta receptor Protein, Endothelin type a receptor Protein, Endothelin-1 receptor Protein, ETAR Protein, Endothelin receptor type A Protein, HET-AR Protein, Et-a receptor Protein, ETA Protein, ETA-R Protein, Endothelin receptor: subtype a Protein, Endothelin-1-specific receptor Protein, ET-A Protein, ET-RA Protein
The ETA receptor is an Endothelin Receptor that mediates the effects of endothelin-1, a mitogen with potent contractile properties. In the human fetal olfactory epithelium cell line FNC-B4, the ETA receptor increases the secretion of gonadotropin-releasing hormone. Increased ETA concentration may be correlated with smooth muscle hypertrophy observed in patients suffering from bladder-outlet obstruction.
