Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
DLX3 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 209 amino acids (1-186 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 23.4kDa.DLX3 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

DLX3 Protein, AI4 Protein, Distal-less homeobox 3 Protein, TDO Protein, Distal-less homeo box 3 Protein, Homeobox protein DLX-3 Protein
Many vertebrate homeo box-containing genes have been identified on the basis of their sequence similarity with Drosophila developmental genes. Members of the Dlx gene family contain a homeobox that is related to that of Distal-less (Dll), a gene expressed in the head and limbs of the developing fruit fly. The Distal-less (Dlx) family of genes comprises at least 6 different members, DLX1-DLX6.
