Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
CLIC2 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 267 amino acids (1-247 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 30.5kDa.CLIC2 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

CLIC2 Protein, CLIC2b Protein, MRXS32 Protein, XAP121 Protein
CLIC2 is a chloride intracellular channel protein. Chloride channels are a diverse group of proteins that regulate fundamental cellular processes including stabilization of cell membrane potential, transepithelial transport, maintenance of intracellular pH, and regulation of cell volume. This protein may play a role in inhibiting the function of ryanodine receptor 2. A mutation in this gene is the cause of X-linked mental retardation-32.
