Usage Summary
Stock solutions should be prepared at no less than 10 µg/mL in sterile buffer (PBS, HPBS, DPBS, and EBSS) containing carrier protein such as 1% BSA or HSA.
Bio-Activity
ED50 is equal to100-400 ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of 1.0-2.5 x 10^4 units/mg, as determined by production of IL-8 from THP-1 cells trated with LPS (2 ng/ml) and CD14.
