Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
PRPS1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 338 amino acids (1-318 a.a.) and having a molecular weight of 36.9kDa.The PRPS1 is fused to 20 a.a His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

PRPS1 Protein, ARTS Protein, CMTX5 Protein, DFN2 Protein, DFNX1 Protein, PPRibP Protein, PRS-I Protein, PRSI Protein
ARTS is an enzyme that catalyzes the phosphoribosylation of ribose 5-phosphate to 5-phosphoribosyl-1-pyrophosphate, which is necessary for purine metabolism and nucleotide biosynthesis. Defects in this gene are a cause of phosphoribosylpyrophosphate synthetase superactivity, Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease X-linked recessive type 5 and Arts Syndrome. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
