Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Lyophilized from 4 mM KH2PO4, 16 mM Na2HPO4, 115 mM NaCl, pH 7.5
Reconstitute in distilled water to a working concentration of 0.5 mg/ml and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for future use.
APOD Protein, Apo-D Protein, Apolipoprotein D Protein
APOD / Apolipoprotein D is a component of high density lipoprotein that has no marked similarity to other apolipoprotein sequences. It has a high degree of homology to plasma retinol-binding protein and other members of the alpha 2 microglobulin protein superfamily of carrier proteins, also known as lipocalins. This glycoprotein is closely associated with the enzyme lecithin:cholesterol acyltransferase - an enzyme involved in lipoprotein metabolism.
