Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Recombinant Human Annexin A1 is produced by our E. coli expression system and the target gene encoding Ala2-Asn346 is expressed.
Greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE
Less than 1.0 EU/µg protein (determined by LAL method).
Lyophilized from 0.2 µm filtered 20 mM PB, pH 7.2, 150 mM NaCl.
Lyophilized protein should be stored at less than -20°C. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 4-7°C for 2-7 days. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at less than -20°C for 3 months.
ANXA1 Protein, Annexin A1 Protein, Annexin I Protein, Annexin-1 Protein, ANX1 Protein, Calpactin II Protein, Chromobindin-9 Protein, Lipocortin I Protein, Annexin I (lipocortin I) Protein, Calpactin-2 Protein, LPC1 Protein
Annexin I belongs to a family of Ca(2+)-dependent phospholipid binding proteins which have a molecular weight of approximately 35000 to 40000 and are preferentially located on the cytosolic face of the plasma membrane. Annexin I protein has an apparent relative molecular mass of 40 kD, with phospholipase A2 inhibitory activity.
