  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About CYP1A1

P04798 NM_000499 NP_000490.1

CYP1A1 Protein, AHH Protein, Aryl hydrocarbon hydroxylase Protein, Cytochrome P450-C Protein, CP11 Protein, CYPIA1 Protein, Cytochrome P450 form 6 Protein, Cytochrome p450 ia1 Protein, Cytochrome P450 1A1 Protein, Cytochrome P450-P1 Protein, p1-450 Protein, p450-C Protein, p450DX Protein, CYP1 Protein

This gene, CYP1A1, encodes a member of the cytochrome P450 superfamily of enzymes. The cytochrome P450 proteins are monooxygenases which catalyze many reactions involved in drug metabolism and synthesis of cholesterol, steroids and other lipids. This protein localizes to the endoplasmic reticulum and its expression is induced by some polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), some of which are found in cigarette smoke.
