Description
GPR126 is an orphan adhesion G-protein coupled receptor. It has been shown to play a role in myelination of peripheral nerves and cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions during development. Mutations in GPR126 have demonstrated that it is required for embryonic viability and cardiovascular development in mice.
