Description
P2RY8 is an Orphan-A GPCR with an unknown ligand. This protein shares low similarity to the Xenopus P2Y8 receptor (CAA68213.1, 30% protein similarity). It has been shown to contribute to the promote B-cell clustering within germinal centers, and mutations in P2RY8 have been found in germinal center derived lymphomas.
