Specifications
PBS is commonly used in many laboratory techniques. It is useful as a wash solution, a base for creating custom ELISA buffers, protein dialysis, or running Protein A or Protein G columns. PBS is also a commonly used buffer for immunohistochemical (IHC) staining. Our PBS is supplied as a 10x liquid concentrate. PBS does not contain any preservatives that may interfere with binding interactions • pH: 7.4 at 1X • Contains: No proteins • Supplied At: 10X • Storage: Room temperature or 2-8°C
