Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

LS-F10289
Sandwich ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) kit
CST3 / Cystatin C
Mouse
This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of mouse Cys-C. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between mouse Cys-C and analogs was observed. Note: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross-reactivity detection between mouse Cys-C and all the analogs, therefore, cross reaction may still exist.
LS-F10289 is a 96-well enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the Quantitative detection of Mouse CST3 / Cystatin C in samples of Plasma, Serum and Tissue Homogenates. It is based upon a Sandwich assay principle and can be used to detect levels of CST3 / Cystatin C as low as 0.819 nanograms per millilter.
All LSBio Custom kits have been predesigned and all necessary components, including antibodies and standards have been identified. Upon receiving a custom kit order, the kit will be assembled and quality control tested before being shipped out. Kit assembly and testing typically takes 4 to 6 weeks. In most cases the final kit is based on the Sandwich assay principle, with a few being Competitive EIA based. Specifications such as Range, Sensitivity, and Precision are defined upon completion. In the event that the custom kit cannot be successfully developed with 6 weeks of the order date, the customer will be notified and the order canceled at no cost.

Due to their limited shelf life, LSBio ELISA kits are not typically stocked as finished goods. Upon receipt of an order each kit is assembled and tested to ensure that it meets specifications before shipping. Minor changes may occur to the Range, Sensitivity, and Precision. In the event of a significant change the order would be confirmed with the customer before shipping. ELISA kit lot numbers reflect the date of final assembly and testing for each specific kit rather than a bulk manufactured lot. All kits are tested to confirm that they fall within their defined Inter- and Intra- assay coefficient of variation.

This assay employs the quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. Antibody specific for Cys-C has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells and any Cys-C present is bound by the immobilized antibody. After removing any unbound substances, a biotin-conjugated antibody specific for Cys-C is added to the wells. After washing, avidin conjugated Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to the wells. Following a wash to remove any unbound avidin-enzyme reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of Cys-C bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.

CST3 Elisa Kit, ARMD11 Elisa Kit, BA218C14.4 (cystatin C) Elisa Kit, Cystatin-3 Elisa Kit, Cystatin 3 Elisa Kit, Cystatin C Elisa Kit, Cystatin-C Elisa Kit, Gamma-trace Elisa Kit, Post-gamma-globulin Elisa Kit

The cystatin superfamily encompasses proteins that contain multiple cystatin-like sequences. Some of the members are active cysteine protease inhibitors, while others have lost or perhaps never acquired this inhibitory activity. There are three inhibitory families in the superfamily, including the type 1 cystatins (stefins), type 2 cystatins and the kininogens.
