Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
"The Human IL-17A ELISA is capable of recognizing both recombinant and naturally produced Human IL-17A proteins. The antigens listed below were tested at 50 ng/ml and did not exhibit significant cross reactivity or interference. • Human: IFN-gamma, IL-8 (72 aa), IL-8 (77 aa), IL-10, IL-12, IL-12p40, IL-16 (121 aa), IL-16 (130 aa), IL-17B, IL-17D, IL-17E, IL-17F• Murine: IL-17A, IL-17F"
LS-F571 is a 96-well enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the detection of Human IL17A in samples of Cell Lysates, Plasma and Serum. It is based upon a Sandwich assay principle and can be used to detect levels of IL17A as low as 8 picograms per milliliter.

Due to their limited shelf life, LSBio ELISA kits are not typically stocked as finished goods. Upon receipt of an order each kit is assembled and tested to ensure that it meets specifications before shipping. Minor changes may occur to the Range, Sensitivity, and Precision. In the event of a significant change the order would be confirmed with the customer before shipping ELISA kit lot numbers reflect the date of final assembly and testing for each specific kit rather than a bulk manufactured lot. All kits are tested to confirm that they fall within their defined Inter- and Intra- assay coefficient of variation.
IL17A is a proinflammatory cytokine produced by activated T cells. This cytokine regulates the activities of NF-kappaB and mitogen-activated protein kinases. This cytokine can stimulate the expression of IL6 and cyclooxygenase-2 (PTGS2/COX-2), as well as enhance the production of nitric oxide (NO). High levels of this cytokine are associated with several chronic inflammatory diseases including rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis and multiple sclerosis.
