Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
LS-F10247 is a 96-well enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the Qualitative detection of Human HBV E Antigen / HBeAg in samples of Plasma and Serum. It is based upon a Sandwich assay principle.
50 - 100 µl
Colorimetric - 450nm (TMB)
Due to their limited shelf life, LSBio ELISA kits are not typically stocked as finished goods. Upon receipt of an order each kit is assembled and tested to ensure that it meets specifications before shipping. Minor changes may occur to the Range, Sensitivity, and Precision. In the event of a significant change the order would be confirmed with the customer before shipping ELISA kit lot numbers reflect the date of final assembly and testing for each specific kit rather than a bulk manufactured lot. All kits are tested to confirm that they fall within their defined Inter- and Intra- assay coefficient of variation.
Coated 96-well Strip Plate
Wash Buffer (20x)
Adhesive Plate Sealers
The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with HBeAb. Samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated HBeAb and incubated. Then substrate solutions are added to each well. Only those wells that contain HBeAg and enzyme-conjugated HBeAb will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of a sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm.
Short term: 4°C; Long term: see manual.

About HBV E Antigen / HBeAg
HBcAg (core antigen) is a hepatitis B viral protein. HBeAg is the extracellular form of HBcAg, hence why the presence of both are markers of viral replication, and antibodies to these antigens are markers of a decline in replication. Both HBeAg and HBcAg are made from the same reading frame, but HBeAg is secreted from cells and accumulates in serum as an immunologically distinct soluble antigen.
