Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

LS-F26954
Sandwich ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) kit
GPV / CD42d
Human
This kit is for the detection of Human GPV / CD42d. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between GPV / CD42d and analogs was observed. This claim is limited by existing techniques therefore cross-reactivity may exist with untested analogs.
LS-F26954 is a 96-well enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the Quantitative detection of Human GPV / CD42d in samples of Cell Culture Supernatants, Plasma, Serum and Tissue Homogenates. It is based upon a Sandwich assay principle and can be used to detect levels of GPV / CD42d as low as 0.1 nanograms per millilter.

Due to their limited shelf life, LSBio ELISA kits are not typically stocked as finished goods. Upon receipt of an order each kit is assembled and tested to ensure that it meets specifications before shipping. Minor changes may occur to the Range, Sensitivity, and Precision. In the event of a significant change the order would be confirmed with the customer before shipping ELISA kit lot numbers reflect the date of final assembly and testing for each specific kit rather than a bulk manufactured lot. All kits are tested to confirm that they fall within their defined Inter- and Intra- assay coefficient of variation.

GP5 ElisaKit, CD42d ElisaKit, gp5 ElisaKit, Glycoprotein 5 ElisaKit, Glycoprotein V (platelet) ElisaKit, Platelet glycoprotein V ElisaKit, CD42d antigen ElisaKit, GPV ElisaKit

Human platelet glycoprotein V (GP5) is a part of the Ib-V-IX system of surface glycoproteins that constitute the receptor for von Willebrand factor (VWF; MIM 613160) and mediate the adhesion of platelets to injured vascular surfaces in the arterial circulation, a critical initiating event in hemostasis. The main portion of the receptor is a heterodimer composed of 2 polypeptide chains, an alpha chain (GP1BA; MIM 606672) and a beta chain (GP1BB; MIM 138720), that are linked by disulfide bonds.
