Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
This kit is for the detection of Tissue Factor F3 / CD142 / Tissue factor. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between F3 / CD142 / Tissue factor and analogs was observed. This claim is limited by existing techniques therefore cross-reactivity may exist with untested analogs.
LS-F27823 is a 96-well enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the Quantitative detection of Human F3 / CD142 / Tissue factor in samples of Plasma and Serum. It is based upon a Competitive EIA assay principle and can be used to detect levels of F3 / CD142 / Tissue factor as low as 0.1 nanograms per millilter.
96-Well Strip Plate
Colorimetric - 450nm (TMB)
0.5 - 10 ng/ml
Intra-Assay: CV%<10% Inter-Assay: CV%<10%
Due to their limited shelf life, LSBio ELISA kits are not typically stocked as finished goods. Upon receipt of an order each kit is assembled and tested to ensure that it meets specifications before shipping. Minor changes may occur to the Range, Sensitivity, and Precision. In the event of a significant change the order would be confirmed with the customer before shipping ELISA kit lot numbers reflect the date of final assembly and testing for each specific kit rather than a bulk manufactured lot. All kits are tested to confirm that they fall within their defined Inter- and Intra- assay coefficient of variation.
F3 / CD142 / Tissue factor is coagulation factor III which is a cell surface glycoprotein. This factor enables cells to initiate the blood coagulation cascades, and it functions as the high-affinity receptor for the coagulation factor VII. The resulting complex provides a catalytic event that is responsible for initiation of the coagulation protease cascades by specific limited proteolysis.
