It is based upon a Sandwich assay principle and can be used to detect levels of Acetyl-CoA Carboxylase / ACC as low as 50 picograms per milliliter.
This kit is for the detection of Human Acetyl-CoA Carboxylase / ACC. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Acetyl-CoA Carboxylase / ACC and analogs was observed. This claim is limited by existing techniques therefore cross-reactivity may exist with untested analogs.
