Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of duck APOB. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between duck APOB and analogs was observed. Note: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross-reactivity detection between duck APOB and all the analogs, therefore, cross reaction may still exist.
LS-F10334 is a 96-well enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the Quantitative detection of Duck APOB / Apolipoprotein B in samples of Plasma, Serum and Tissue Homogenates. It is based upon a Competitive EIA assay principle and can be used to detect levels of APOB / Apolipoprotein B as low as 0.342 micrograms per millilter.
Plasma, Serum, Tissue Homogenates
50 - 100 µl
0.313 - 20 µg/ml
Intra-assay: CV%<8% Inter-assay: CV%<10%
Due to their limited shelf life, LSBio ELISA kits are not typically stocked as finished goods. Upon receipt of an order each kit is assembled and tested to ensure that it meets specifications before shipping. Minor changes may occur to the Range, Sensitivity, and Precision. In the event of a significant change the order would be confirmed with the customer before shipping ELISA kit lot numbers reflect the date of final assembly and testing for each specific kit rather than a bulk manufactured lot. All kits are tested to confirm that they fall within their defined Inter- and Intra- assay coefficient of variation.
HRP-conjugate (100 x concentrate)

This assay employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with APOB. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated antibody preparation specific for APOB. The competitive inhibition reaction is launched between with pre-coated APOB and APOB in samples. A substrate solution is added to the wells and the color develops in opposite to the amount of APOB in the samples. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.

Apolipoprotein B (ApoB) is the main apolipoprotein of chylomicrons and low density lipoproteins (LDL). The protein occurs in the plasma in 2 main isoforms, apoB-48 and apoB-100. The first is synthesized exclusively by the gut, the second by the liver. The intestinal (B-48) and hepatic (B-100) forms of apoB are coded by a single gene and by a single mRNA transcript larger than 16 kb. The 2 proteins share a common amino terminal sequence.
