Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of canine T3. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between canine T3 and analogs was observed. Note: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross-reactivity detection between canine T3 and all the analogs, therefore, cross reaction may still exist.
LS-F10287 is a 96-well enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the Quantitative detection of Dog T3 / Triiodothyronine in samples of Plasma and Serum. It is based upon a Competitive EIA assay principle and can be used to detect levels of T3 / Triiodothyronine as low as 0.25 nanograms per millilter.

Due to their limited shelf life, LSBio ELISA kits are not typically stocked as finished goods. Upon receipt of an order each kit is assembled and tested to ensure that it meets specifications before shipping. Minor changes may occur to the Range, Sensitivity, and Precision. In the event of a significant change the order would be confirmed with the customer before shipping ELISA kit lot numbers reflect the date of final assembly and testing for each specific kit rather than a bulk manufactured lot. All kits are tested to confirm that they fall within their defined Inter- and Intra- assay coefficient of variation.

This assay employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to T3. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with Biotin-conjugated T3. A competitive inhibition reaction is launched between T3 (Standards or samples) and Biotin-conjugated T3 with the pre-coated antibody specific for T3. The more amount of T3 in samples, the less antibody bound by Biotin-conjugated T3. After washing, avidin conjugated Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to the wells. Substrate solution is added to the wells and the color develops in opposite to the amount of T3 in the sample. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
