Immunohistochemistry Services

Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

TCR Screening Services

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Anti-SARS-CoV-2 Antibody Assay Kit

Human SARS-CoV-2 IgG/IgM Antibody Detection Kit (S&N Protein) (Lateral Flow) - LS-K1072

Human SARS-CoV-2 IgG/IgM Antibody Detection Kit (S&N Protein) (Lateral Flow) - LS-K1072

Available for shipment within the USA only
Description:
This product is used for qualitative in vitro detection of IgM and IgG antibodies against novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) Spike (S) and/or Nucleocapsid (N) protein in human serum, plasma, whole blood or fingertip blood. In the process of pathogenic microorganism infection, IgG and IgM are the most commonly used antibody markers of infectious diseases. IgM, as the first antibody in the process of infection, is usually used as a marker of acute infection. With the development of infection, IgM concentration gradually decreases and disappears after the appearance of IgG. IgG usually exists in the body for a long time, even if the virus has been completely eliminated. Positive blood can be used as an indicator of infection and previous infection. Therefore, detecting novel coronavirus IgM antibodies and IgG antibodies is of great clinical significance and is of great significance for effective control of the large-scale transmission of new coronaviruses.
