Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

XPO1 / CRM1 antibody was raised against amino acids 390-408 (ASPLLSGSQHFDVPPRRQL) of human Exportin-1 protein were used as the immunogen. Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Gibbon, Monkey, Marmoset, Elephant, Panda, Bovine, Dog, Bat, Horse, Chicken, Platypus, Xenopus (100%); Mouse, Rat, Hamster, Rabbit, Opossum, Zebrafish (95%); Stickleback, Pufferfish (89%).

Immunohistochemistry: LS-B1776 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B1776 was determined to be 10 ug/ml.
PBS, 0.05% Sodium Azide, 0.2% Gelatin
Short term 4°C, long term aliquot and store at -20°C, avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Mediates the nuclear export of cellular proteins (cargos) bearing a leucine-rich nuclear export signal (NES) and of RNAs. In the nucleus, in association with RANBP3, binds cooperatively to the NES on its target protein and to the GTPase RAN in its active GTP-bound form (Ran-GTP). Docking of this complex to the nuclear pore complex (NPC) is mediated through binding to nucleoporins.
