Recognizes human X-Prolyl Aminopeptidase P2. Cross-reactivity: recombinant mouse APP2 ~25% and no cross-reactivity with recombinant human XPNPEP1.

Usage

Suitable for use ELISA, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. ELISA (Direct): 0.5-1.0 ug/ml. Detection limit for rhAPP2 is approximately 2 ng/well. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml. Detection limit for rhAPP2 is approximately 5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Chemiluminescent detection will increase sensitivity by 5 to 50 fold. Immunoprecipitation: 25 ug/ml. Immunoprecipitate rhAPP2 from conditioned cell culture medium. The recovered rhAPP2 can be detected in Western blots using a polyclonal antibody.
