Usage
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1:50 for 20 min at RT using UltraVision LP Systems. Requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20min. followed by cooling at RT for 20min. Positive control: Sarcomas.

Storage
Short term: store at 4°C. Long term: aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Store undiluted.
