TUBG1 / Tubulin Gamma 1 Antibody - Anti-TUBG1 / Gamma Tubulin antibody IHC of human testis. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody dilution 1:50.
TUBG1 / Tubulin Gamma 1 Antibody - Overnight nocodazole treated Hela cells stained with purified rabbit polyclonal antibody against -tubulin, followed by Rhodamine Red-X conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG and DAPI.
TUBG1 / Tubulin Gamma 1 Antibody - Whole cell extract from A431 cells (Lane 1) and NIH3T3 cells (Lane 2) were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with rabbit anti--tubulin antibody. Proteins were visualized using a donkey anti-rabbit secondary conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.

Usage
Immunohistochemistry: LS-B1496 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B1496 was determined to be 1:50.
Presentation
Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, 0.09% sodium azide, 50% glycerol.
Storage
Store at 4°C or -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
