Anti-TSLP antibody was prepared from rabbit antiserum after repeated immunizations with a truncated form of recombinant human TSLP protein from E. coli.
Specificity
This antibody is specific for human TSLP protein. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with TSLP from human sources based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Biotin and anti-Rabbit Serum. Cross-reactivity with TSLP from other sources has not been determined.

Usage
TSLP purified antibody has been tested for use in ELISA and western blotting. Expect a band approximately 18 kD in size corresponding to the human TSLP protein by western blotting in appropriate cell lysate or extract. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Lyophilized from 10 mg/mL BSA (Protease and Ig free), 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Sodium Azide
Reconstitution
Reconstitute in 100 µL of deionized water.
Storage
Short term 4°C, long term aliquot and store at -20°C, avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Centrifuge product before removing cap. Only dilute immediately prior to use.
