Specificity
This antibody specifically reacts with thymidylate synthase, a regulator of p53 gene expression in human tumor tissues. Reactivity is confirmed with human colon cancer H630 cell lines. Colorectal, gastric, head and neck, and breast carcinomas may also be used as positive controls.
