Specificity
Recognizes murine Tryptase, beta1 in direct ELISAs and Western Blots. Shows ~10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human TPSB2, 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human TPS1 and less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human TPSG1 and recombinant murine MCPT1.

Usage
Suitable for use Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. The detection limit for recombinant murine Tryptase beta1 is ~1 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Immunoprecipitation: Immunoprecipitates recombinant, murine Tryptase beta1 from conditioned media of transfected NS0 cells. The recovered recombinant murine Tryptase beta1 can be detected by Western Blot analysis using a monoclonal antibody.
