Specificity
Recognizes the human Toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2). Blocks IL-6 cytokine production in response to ara-lipoarabinomannan (araLAM) and tripalmitoyl cysteinyl lipopeptide (Pam3CSK4). Does not inhibit the production of cytokines induced by zymosan stimulation.

Usage
Suitable for use in Flow cytometry: Neat-1:10; 10 ul labels 10^6 cells in 100ul. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
