Specificity
Recognizes human toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2), a 90kD type 1 transmembrane protein that is primarily expressed by peripheral blood monocytes. TLR2 is reported to respond to a diverse range of bacterial cell wall components, mediating the innate immune response in co-operation with MD-2.

- Flow Cytometry
Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1E6 cells in 100ul. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
